Foxearth Pleasure Lake

Fully stocked with nice bream, rudd, roach, carp, some nice sized perch, good sized tench and gudgeon. You may also be treated to golden tench.
Whether fishing for silverfish or looking to develop your techniques for larger catches, the pleasure lake will provide that ideal venue.

From young anglers learning the tricks of the trade, to the experience match fisherman, this lake provides an ideal opportunity to enjoy a day’s fishing in peace and quiet.
During 2008 we introduced a number of very nice 3 to 4 pound carp which at the end of the summer were being caught at 5lb 8oz, we also intoduced some 6 to 8 inch carp which are growing well and put up a good little fight. January 2009 and again in October 2009 we have also introduces some new fish. 

You need a suitable sized landing net and unhooking mat to fish any of our lakes. Under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult.

The Pleasure lake is run on a day ticket basis,. If you fish at foxearth and have any photos of the fish you have caught on the Pleasure lake, let me have them in digital form and i will post them on the Pleasure Lake gallery.  To encourage people to submit more photo's we are now running photo of the month.
If you submit one of your pleasure lake catches and it gets picked for photo of the month you will get a free day's fishing.
